From the Pastor's Desk:
On this Fourth Sunday of Easter, we hear the voice of Jesus, the Good Shepherd, who knows each of us by name and leads us with love. He has given everything for us and invites us to trust Him completely, embracing a life of stewardship in response to His generosity.
For many years, our Archdiocese has prayed for vocations to the priesthood, and God is answering. From having no seminarians just a few years ago, we now have six in formation, with more expected next year. These men have courageously said “yes” to the call of the Good Shepherd, preparing to serve His people with faith and love.
Their journey is not theirs alone. As a Church, we share in the responsibility of supporting them through prayer, encouragement, and generosity.
On Good Shepherd Sunday, we launch the Vocations Appeal. This is an opportunity to invest in the future of our Church by helping to form our seminarians for faithful and fruitful ministry.
As we entrust our lives to Christ, let us also respond with grateful hearts, supporting those He calls to shepherd His people.
